2020-2021 school year
AZACS PTA is seeking nominations for Executive Officer and Board positions for the 2020-2021 school year. We welcome ALL nominations and will strive to create a diverse and balanced roster of applicants. Our goal is to see that every parent has a voice on our AZACS PTA and is given the chance to become actively involved in enriching the educational opportunities at our school.

NOMINATION AND ELECTION TIMELINE
Monday, October 19, 2020 - Nomination Collection Opens
Friday, October 30, 2020 at 11:59pm - Nominations Collection Closes
Monday, November 2, 2020 - Verified and accepted nominations announced.
Campaigning will begin immediately.
Wednesday, November 18, 2020 - Elections will be held IN PERSON and by PAPER BALLOT
during our first in person General Meeting. (Time and Location TBD - Details will be forthcoming)
PLEASE NOTE:
ONLY AZACS PTA MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING ARE ELIGABLE TO RUN FOR A POSITION ON THE AZACS PTA BOARD. IN ADDITION, ONLY AZACS PTA MEMEBERS IN GOOD STANDING ARE ELIGABLE TO VOTE SO SIGN UP TODAY AND BECOME A MEMBER TO VOTE.
