HOW IT WORKS

1.   Cut off Box Tops and save them

2.  PTA will provide envelopes monthly

3.  Teachers send envelopes home

4.  Families return envelope w/ Box Tops

5.  Teachers turn in envelopes to PTA Rep

6.  Volunteer Mom Terry Perez pick up

7.  Terry Submits Box Tops

8.  AZACS Receives $$$$$$$$$$$$
